Chris F. Cherry Hill Village I like everything about my new home – it’s fantastic and the community is great! This isn’t my first home or my first new home – so I had experiences that I can compare the Bruce sales people with. They were very helpful. For the money, my home is a great value compared with what other builders in Cherry Hill Village and the surrounding area are offering. Once the downtown area has more businesses open – I’m sure Cherry Hill Village will be the hot spot in Canton. I’m glad I bought early – this place is going to take off! Patricia L. Carlton Forest I was living in Walled Lake and wanted to stay nearby. I shopped both Bruce Building Company and Pulte Homes in Novi. The was just no comparison – Bruce’s Carlton Forest is a much better value. A better community layout, better use of the land. The home, the sales staff and the construction team - all were above and beyond all my expectations. The “one stop” home buying experience – I bought my home from Bruce Building Company, sold the home I moved from through Bruce Real Estate Services, and financed with a Sallie Mae Home Loan agent that was onsite at Carlton Forest – that saved me lots of time and worries. I’d definitely do business with Bruce and Sallie Mae Home Loans again! |
Nancy H. Carlton Forest As a first time buyer, I was anxious about buying a new home. I had heard so many horror stories. Ben (Galindo) was my contact at Carlton Forest. He was amazing! He really took care of me, making sure I understood the process – and what to expect. There are lots of things that could go awry in buying a home – Ben made it all go smoothly. I like living in Novi – and Carlton Forest is in the middle of it all. Linda B. Carlton Forest I lived in a house in Farmington for 28 years. I actually stopped by Carlton Forest for decorating ideas, but liked the model so much I decided to buy it! It’s a condo, but it has as much storage as my single family home did. And everything is new – so there’s nothing to fix – and the landscaping is all taken care of as well. Ben Galindo was my salesperson – he was fabulous! He made everything easy. I did have a problem with the central air – but called and it was fixed the same day. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to buy from Bruce. Paul C. I love the community concept, the historic feel to the architecture and the closeness to Auburn Village and River Woods Park – I walk there all the time. I also use the clubhouse – it’s a great place to meet the other residents. |
